Mobile Massage
I will be arriving 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to set up. Please make time for my early arrival. Failure to do so will result in shortened service time. EX:( If your appointment is set at 11 am, I will arrive by 10:45 am). Please make sure that you have provided the correct address you wish for me to come to for the service, including any apartment number, etc. Failure to do so will result in a possible reschedule or charge to your card, depending on the circumstance.
Travel Rates
Renew By Renee services all clientele residing in the Hampton Roads Area:
Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach
Any person residing outside this area will result in an additional travel tax.
If any person residing within these limits reside outside a 40 mile radius will result in a additional travel tax.
Additional Travel Fee: $30 after 40 miles
For all parties living further than 40 miles will need to speak with the therapist to receive an estimated quote
Prenatal Massage
To be serviced by me you MUST be 14 weeks or further along. Because you have signed a liability form, I am not responsible for any information you choose to withhold for me.

Hotel Service
If you are requesting to be serviced at a hotel, you MUST provide the hotel's name in your additional client notes during checkout, along with the room number. There will be an additional fee of $30 for all hotel services. You MUST choose this fee in the 'add-on' section. Those who fail to follow instructions may result in cancellation of the appointment. If you need to take extra precautions and text me, please do so. Due to the length of time required to carry the equipment, you MUST allow me 30 minutes BEFORE your appointment to set up. EX: ( your appointment is set for noon, I will arrive by 11:30 am).

All clients must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.
Same-day Cancellations/ Rescheduling
Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge to your card.
First offense same-day rescheduling will result in a $10 inconvenience fee.
A second offense will result in full payment and a $20 inconvenience fee
Third offense you will be banned from booking
